There is no logical reason to have something that beastly unless you are creating your own Hollywood 3D animated movie on your own. It's overkill for any software on the market and nobody short of a university would be able to use that behemoth to its full potential. I spent $1500 on my computer last year, built it myself, and have spent maybe another $400 on it since then. It runs Modern Warfare 2 on high graphics with 38 fps.
